is this just for console, i can\'t seen to get out of the chair myself. Although i\'m not sure what LT and RT would be for me?

you need to use ur jump key to get out of the chair, then go to the computer behind u. press the use key to use the computer. then type DOA to play the arcade game. just wait it will start in a couple of seconds. I got to round 7 with a highscore of 118050 points.

dont forget to go back to the computer after and type zork and hit enter, you get an achievement then, afterwards you will find that arcade mode available in zombies single player with out having to keep getting out the chair
