I have to agree on most issues with Tom. Requiring more players to play at the same time will complicate it even more. I think 3 v 3 is a nice format (though I haven't been able to play my match yet) but we need some flexibility of some sort. If i'm not mistaken the proposition of 'subs' has...

my vote goes for Tom as well (just like last month ;)) is on the server a lot/too much to have a life, makes room for members when requested, does a decent job of upholding the rules on the server and is friendly on TS too everybody (even those with a funky accent ;))

it's a very common thing in spain and to really simple and genious. Here in Belgium there not used/sold much to my knowledge though my dishwasher does the same job and more! :P

Yeah though it's not literally a streak anymore, IMO can be very interesting and push more people into support roles instead of aimlessly run around or rush & die tactics ;)

I'm eager to play but due to circumstances I can't get my team nor the other team together to play (working hours differ too much and such ... when we're on they're not on ...) any possible suggestions/solutions are more than welcome...
