There is no dedicated just matchmaking servers....... Game play very fast pace. Joining of servers, good. Weapons and upgrades, good. Sounds not great. My very first thought was like its poo, but put a few hours in now and i like it alot. Score out of 10 for me 7.5.

Try logging into trinnys steam account on your pc and see if you still have same problem with game load up, if not then you know its a steam issue....

For me it will be good as a Clan meet up as if we do a Lan the guys who will have to come on the plane have no chance of getting there pc stuff ove unless they have a Laptop, so for me a meet up is better sometime into the spring but then we have the Lan party in May so?, maybe september sometime..
