I bought my copy from Greenman gaming in the end. Best bet is to buy it, then install Origin. Use the key from the purchase email and download direct from EA/Origin at full speed

Anyway, if you use 'Quidco' and the ASDA discount code 'MVG311020' the price drops to a few pennies over £23 inc delivery. Without Quidco it is still only £24 delivered.
